Abstract(in English) | Diffractive optical element using organic nonlinear material fabricated by direct laser beam writing method is described. We use DRI/PMMA for recording material and low power laser diode (λ=532nm,5mW) for laser processing. Diffraction grating fabricated by the proposed method was a complex amplitude modulation type element. |
