Abstract(in English) | In our prior work, we proposed a system to recognize place without using smartphone. In this system, focusing on environmental power generation elements which generate different amount of power depending on the environment, we tried to recognize the place and behavior from the amount of power generated. Our final goal is to construct an energy harvesting place recognition system which uses the generated electric power as the power source of the system. However, since our prior work aimed to investigate whether place or behavior recognition is possible or not, we used a microcomputer equipped with a battery to measure power generation. Therefore, in this paper, to realize energy harvesting, we design and implement a system that makes it possible to use multiple environmental power generation elements as both sensors and power sources for place recognition. |
