Abstract(in English) We developed the advanced superconducting nanowire single photon detector (SSPD) systems with the single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuits as post signal processor. The SFQ circuits, which are the digital circuits operating in ryogenic environment, give intelligent signal processing to the SSPD system such as a signal merger. We already developed and demonstrated some SFQ signal processors for the systems of two-photon interferometer, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, photon imager, and so on. We also demonstrated the SSPDs combined with the SFQ signal processor in a 0.1-W Gifford-McMahon (GM) cryocooler. In this report, we describe the detail and experimental results of the SFQ post signal processor for SSPD systems.
