Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper explains a new circuit simulator SCALE which is developed based on the previous simulator SCAT. SCALE enables us to employ Model-Based Development (MBD) method in energy electronics. This paper also views advanced simulation technology in energy electronics which is necessary in internet of things (IoT) era.
