Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Miscibility and carrier transport properties of binary blends with a non-peripherally alkyl-substituted phthalocyanine and its analogue molecule have been studied, and the photovoltaic properties of the bulk-heterojunction type organic thin-film solar cell with the binary donor system have been investigated. The phase diagram of the blend system has been determined and the miscibility in the liquid crystalline phase has been found. The blend ratio dependences of the crystal structure and carrier mobility in the crystal phase have been clarified. The photovoltaic properties of the solar cells have been discussed by taking the balance of the absorbance and carrier mobility into consideration. |
