Abstract(in English) | Two optical-microcavity devices with organic/inorganic hybrid layered-perovskite materials were prepared, and the coupling state (strongly coupling and weakly coupling) between exciton and cavity-photon was investigated. By analyzing the emission characteristics of the device-A having two different excitons (Perovskite [CHEPbI4], $alpha$-NPD) in the cavity, we found that the perovskite exciton and the $alpha$-NPD exciton showed strong coupling and weak coupling with the cavity-photons, respectively. Additionally, the emission from the $alpha$-NPD exciton will be irreversibly released to the outside via the perovskite exciton-polariton transition. On the other hand, in the device-B, we observed the optical characteristics under the condition that only the perovskite exciton is formed inside the optical microcavity, and found that the strongly and weakly coupled states between perovskite exciton and cavity photon coexist together. |
