Abstract(in English) | This paper presents indoor positioning systems based on BLE signals and machine learning approaches. We consider two systems in this paper, one where we locate multiple beacon signal receivers at fixed points while target objects hold a beacon device and the other where we set multiple beacons at fixed locations and target objects hold a receiver. We employ the random forest algorithm and the XGBoost as machine learning. Experimental evaluation shows our approaches perform very well and keep good precisions even though target objects move with walking speeds and there exist some obstacles for beacon signals' receiving. |
