Abstract(in English) | Changes on CT of images at micro level from the normal lung, which indicate a very early stage lung disease and quantitative analysis of morphology on these images may contribute to the diagnosis of chest image in the next generation. However, three-dimensional structures of blood vessels have not been fully analyzed. The purpose of this study is to pick up the blood capillaries and analyze the structure and the distribution of it from 3D images using Synchrotron radiation micro CT (SRμCT). |
