Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the complexity of the shape of macular region obtained from OCT angiography has causal relationship with the progression of the epiretinal-membrane. So, as a way to calculate of complexity of the shape of macular region, we made a multiple macular deformed images from the macular region drawn on the OCT angiographt by ophthalmologist, using wavelet transform. And, we calculated the eigenvalue raito, area, circularity and investigated how these values change between multiple macular deformed images. In addition , We made model figure of the macular region using circle, ellipse, and bessel function. And, we calculated those in the same way. We ascertain what kind of causal relationship the shape difference has on the change of eigenvalue raito, area, circularity.
