Abstract(in English) In the foreseeable future, docomo’s network services will become more diversified by improvement of mobile communication networks represented by 5G, and various collaborations such as B2B2X business model. Drastic changes in those fields require us to improve and diversify tasks related to network operations as well. This report provides the concept of Zero Touch Operation, whichenables us to operate networks and services directly and automatically without human intervention, so to overcome challenges above.
