Abstract(in English) Operation support system for operators to recovery network outages has functions which to manage trouble tickets and operation logs. In recent years, network operation aims to fully automatic by network virtualization technology and AI, however, to automate current network operation need to apply these new technologies, and it needs long period. Not only skillful operators, but also unskilled operators must recovery network outages not only new network service, but current network services.In this paper, we suggest new functions for any operators to recovery network outages on operation support system.
