| Abstract(in English) | The development of new drugs, especially molecular targeted drugs in cancer therapy and introduction to the treatment site have been remarkable over the past decade1,2). On the other hand, preliminary selection of patients results on more effective in producing a better response. Particularly, the pathological diagnosis which is definite diagnosis of cancer is indispensable. We developed an imaging technique that can analyze the quantitative distribution of proteins expressed on tissues with high accuracy and high sensitivity. In this report, we introduce HSTT (Highly Sensitive Tissue Testing) technology that can analyze newly developed fluorescent nanoparticles using software algorithm. |
