| 抄録(和) | 我々の身の回りではひったくりやチカン，不審な声掛け等の街頭犯罪が連日発生している．これらの街頭犯罪から身を守るため，住民は自分自身の身の回りの街頭犯罪を理解し，自衛に努めることが重要である．しかしながら，これらの街頭犯罪が発生する要因は，地域や住人の特性によって異なる．また，気象等の要因によってもその日に発生する街頭犯罪の特性が変化すると考えられている．本研究では，状況に応じた街頭犯罪発生のリスクを提示するアプリケーション，CrimeChartsを提案する．CrimeChartsはユーザの現在地，時刻，天気等の状況を考慮し，過去の街頭犯罪データ及び，関連するデータに基づいて，現在地点の街頭犯罪リスクを統計的に可視化する．ユーザは可視化された情報を参考にし，街頭犯罪に対する自衛行動をとることができる． |
| 抄録(英) | In our surroundings, many street crimes such as robbery, groping, and suspicious act of speaking occurs every day. It is important for residents to understand crimes around them in order to protect themselves from these crimes. However, the causes of street crimes varies depending on the characteristics of the area and residents. It is also presumed that weather affects the characteristics of the street crimes on that day. In this paper, we propose an application, called CrimeCharts, which visualizes the street crime risk according to the context. CrimeCharts statistically visualizes the current street crime risk based on past street crime data and related data. At that time, CrimeCharts considers the user's location, time, weather, and the other conditions. The user can take action for self-defense with the visualized information. |
