Crosstalk evaluation of lumped element kinetic inductance detectors

Abstract(in English) We propose high sensitivity cameras for astronomical observations and high energy detection systems relying on the Lumped Element Kinetic Inductance Detector (LEKID). We can easily fabricate the device and compose the multiplexed read-out system with this detectors.In this research, we focused on crosstalk between the pixels to increase the degree of integration.. We evaluated the crosstalk characteristics as a function of the distance between the pixels, the differences of resonant frequency, and the kinetic inductance with the electromagnetic field analysis software (Sonnet). We also measured the resonant frequency properties with niobium films.
