Evaluation of emission characteristics of white light emitter using metal grating and quantum dots

Abstract(in English) In this research, in order to realize white light emitter by using extra ordinary transmission the metal grating and the quantum dot, due to the surface plasmon resonance between the metal and the quantum dots, the evaluation of iluminescence properties for white light emitting material using Ag film and quantum dots are carried out. It was possible to obtain a higher light emission intensity when there was a metal thin film than when there was no metal thin film.
