Abstract(in English) | In this sutydy, a wavelength plate utilizing surface plasmon of a one-dimensional metal wire grid structure was designed and manufactured with Ag. The optimum structural period, duty ratio and Ag film thickness of the structure were determined and fabricated based on this. From the simulation results, it was confirmed that a phase difference of 90 ° occurred at a grating period of 360 nm, a duty ratio of 0.7, and an Ag thickness of 30 nm, but the measurement result remained at a phase difference of 30 °. However, from this study, we confirmed that phase difference can be generated even in thin wire grid structure. |
