Abstract(in English) | A number of studies have been recently devoted to direct detection (DD) schemes for multivalued complex-modulated signals such as quadrature amplitude modulation signals. One of the promising ways of phase retrieval of complex optical envelopes using DD is that based on the Kramers-Kronig relation, in which the phase profile of the signal is retrieved by the Hilbert transform of logarithm of the intensity waveform under some conditions. The phase retrieval can also be achieved by using relation between the phase and intensity profiles of the waves propagating in diffractive or dispersive media. In this presentation, we discuss features of schemes for reconstruction of optical complex-modulated signals using DD. |
