Abstract(in English) In recent years, it is possible to propagate light energy to the nano region by arranging minute metals and utilizing localized surface plasmons. Miniaturization of devices such as optical waveguides can be expected. The authors have confirmed that the resonant wavelength shifts for the longitudinal and the transverse incident waves when nano-cylinders are arranged in a straight array. In this report, we analyze propagation modes of orthogonally aligned metallic nano-cylinders.
