Abstract(in English) The CIP (Constrained Interpolation Profile) method is an expected computational method with less numerical error in electromagnetic field analysis. At the boundaries between different lattices, physical quantities and their derivatives are usually different. In this report, we examine the effect of interpolating the physical quantity to the same lattice, calculating the derivative, and their numerical errors.
