Study on the relationship between the convergence characteristics of focus control type diffraction lens focused on the phase shift of the first order diffractive light

Abstract(in English) Binary diffractive lens is the lens which can control the focus distance and depth of focus on one piece of board at the same time. This lens expects the application as a lens for laser material processing. Precise control of focal length and depth of focus are necessary for the laser material processing. I checked the change of the light-condensing characteristic using a phase shift of the first order diffraction ray necessary for lens manufacture and confirmed new light-condensing characteristics this time.
