| Abstract(in English) | Vegetables that are misshaped or have scratches does not conform to standards and are called irregular vegetables. Farmers dispose all of them, and the disposal rate is about $40$% of the total production. On the other hand, as a one of the cases of utilizing irregular vegetables, farmers try to sell them at a low price, but consumers who do not care about misshapes or scratches buy them because they taste the same. As a result, this activities hinders the sales of the irregular vegetables. For that reason, our group have proposed an irregular vegetable utilization system to utilize the irregular vegetables as side dishes and processed food, and to reduce the waste volume. Furthermore, in this paper, we propose a vegetable feature quantification method for matching irregular vegetables with consumers' requests. |
