The relation between learner's gaze information and understanding in online learning

Abstract(in English) ICT-based learning environments are being actively introduced for classroom learning or individual online learning by the widespread use of smartphone and tablet. In the future, it will be expected that personalized learning environment which allows the learners to provide the learning service according to learner’s situation during learning using the smart device such as eyeglass-type device and wristband-type device in addition to smartphone and tablet. In this paper, we describe the preliminary experiment of measuring the gaze movement data of learner with eyeglass-type device during learning and also consider the relation between learner’s gaze information and learning outcomes.
