Abstract(in English) | The authors have been studying the selective heating a microwave oven by controlling the standing wave distribution in the oven. The purpose of this study is to suppress the electric field at an arbitrary position in the cavity. The patch resonators were designed to reduce the electric field above the patches and the electric field in the oven with the designed patches were evaluated. As a result, the effect of the patches was confirmed regardless of the presence of the water loads, and it was also confirmed that the standing wave distribution was switched using ON and OFF resistances simulating diode. |
