[Invited Talk] Current Situation of `Teachers without a Proper License' at Junior and Senior High Schools in Japan

Abstract(in English) In this article, we investigate the situation of ‘teachers without proper license’ at junior and senior high-schools in Japan, and report the results of our latest request for disclosure of administrative documents. We find that a lot of ‘teachers without proper license’ are applied for Technology and Home Economics at junior high school and Informatics at senior high school in comparison with other subjects.
