A Proposal of Color Calibration Method Which Suppresses False Color for Images Taken by Different Imaging Conditions

Abstract(in English) In recent years, color calibration methods for two color images taken under different imaging conditions are investigated. Although the iterative distribution transfer which is one of the methods realizes good color calibration in most of pixels in an input image, sometimes generates false colors in a part of the image. In this report, a method which can easily control the balance between color calibration and false color suppression is proposed. In the proposed method, to suppress false colors, a final color calibration result is obtained by projection of color components of an input image. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by experiments.
