Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, user-originated information has been increasing, one of which is a posted recipe such as CookPad, Rakuten recipe, Recipe blog etc. In a posting recipe, a recipe that expresses deliciousness called "sizzle word" Expression is often used. According to "Words to taste" (2017), 331 words of taste system expression 93 words, texture expression 119 words, information system expression 119 words are defined as “Sizzle word”. “Karai” is a one of "Sizzle word" and has at least three meanings "salty" "hot" "spicy". In this study, we propose a method to clarify the ambiguity of "Sizzle word", assuming that "Sizzle word" has multiple meanings as well as "Krai". With Japan's largest posted recipe site CookPad, we analyzed the recipe outlines of three “Sizzle words” "plenty", "Japanese style" and "healthy" which are most often used in type recipe CookPad, using multi dimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis. We also clarify the number of ambiguous attributes of the three words and keywords of their ambiguous attributes, and report the results of questionnaire surveys in order to verify the excess or deficiency of ambiguous attribute number and the validity of ambiguity attribute.
