| 抄録(和) | 味識別は，栄養の摂取や危険な食べ物の回避など，生命活動にとって重要な機能である．近年の研究では，遅延見本合わせのタスクを訓練したアカゲザルの眼窩前頭皮質（OFC）が味覚野（GC）との相互作用を通して味覚情報のワーキングメモリを形成することが示されている．しかし，このワーキングメモリがどのような神経機構によって形成されるかはまだわかっていない．この問題を解決するために，我々はGCとOFCからなる味覚システムのモデルを作成し，その機構を探る． |
| 抄録(英) | Taste perception is an important function for life activities of living things, such as ingestion of nutrition and escape of toxic foods. Recent studies have demonstrated that the orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) of rhesus monkeys trained with the delay-matching tasks forms a working memory of taste information through interaction with the gustatory cortex (GC). However, it is not yet known the mechanism by which working memory is formed in the OFC. To address this issue, we develop a model of a gustatory system consisting of GC and OFC and explore the mechanism underlying working memory in the OFC. |
