Abstract(in English) Admission control has been proposed to maximize the total user satisfaction level while considering the behavior.In this call asmission control (CAC), some broadband Users stop watching videos by urging warnings.However, the image quality when viewing a moving image tends not to impair the user’s willingness to watch.In this paper, we propose an CAC method which means that all broadband flows change bandwidth to narrowband without leaving cooperating users, and model our CAC by using queuing theory. Moreover, we show the effectiveness of our method by numerical calculation.
