Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Automatic interpreting (speech translation) systems that helps communication between speakers between different languages are coming into practical use stage. However, misunderstanding might be caused through dictionary correspondence level of expressions when culture and customs are concerned. If there is no direct translation word, some kind of support is required in order to indicate the characteristics of the word. Furthermore, to support learning of words rooted in culture is also important in terms of mutual exchange. Thus, we propose ideas for solving these problems.
