| Abstract(in English) | To associate a printed medium with information on the Internet, data-embedding and detecting method using the camera of a mobile device has been proposed. In this method, the higher detection rate for the embedding data is required for practical use. This paper proposes an improvement of the data-embedding method for achieving the higher detection rate. Moreover, we pay attention to capture multiple images of the same image at once by a mobile device to resolve the limitation of the detection rate obtained by the detection from only one captured image. We propose a method to select the blocks for being able to expect the high detection rate, decode the embedded data from the blocks, and combine the decoded data. From experimental results, it is shown that the proposed method is effective to improve the detection rate. |
