Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed a "foot interface" that stimulates fingers in deaf blind people as a communication tool that you do not want to use, with a pattern of finger braille on the sole of the feet. However, when multiple stimuli were given to the sole of the sensation, there was a problem that the tactile stimuli of homogeneous (only single stimulus) can not be perceived separately from each other, and the recognition rate is remarkably low. In this paper, in order to solve the low recognition rate which is the problem, "heterogeneous vibration mixing method" notifying the same by combining heterogenous (single stimulus and persistent stimulus) tactile stimulation rather than homogenous single stimulation We have introduced a new verification experiment. As a result, it is clarified that the recognition rate improves with heterogeneous vibration mixing method.
