| Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a new method of assessing QoE of Web services (WebQoE) with human emotion analysis. Since the method uses only facial images to analyze human emotion, it can reduce burden on subjects and assess WebQoE easily. In this paper, the authors measure eight types of emotions by using Microsoft Emotion API, and study the relationship between the emotions and WebQoE by experiment. From the experimental results, the paper shows that WebQoE can be estimated by translating time series data of emotions into frequency components. |
