Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) FMEA/FTA, which is a conventional evaluation method, can extract failure modes and abnormal phenomena, calculate probabilities of risk evaluation and abnormal events, and evaluate the safety of the system. Meanwhile, it is difficult to express concurrent faults and intrinsic faults, so we used state transition diagrams and ETAs to show temporal movement. In this research, we apply a guide word specific to STAMP, extract hazards generated by time axis, which was difficult to evaluate by conventional evaluation method only, and consider a series of flows when creating state transition diagram/ETA.
