Basic Evaluation of Netlist Function Inference using GCN

Abstract(in English) In recent years, Recently GCN studies on graphs has been conducted.GCN is a kind of deep learning and classifies network attribute by inputting the adjacency relation and feature between graph nodes.In this research, we discussed function inference method using GCN for gate level netlist.We developed logic2vec which is a tool for converting netlist into vector information, and performed functional inference using adder, subtractor, and multiplier.As a result of experiments, it was found that more than 90% of classification accuracy is obtained in adder / subtractor and multiplier.
