| Abstract(in English) | Various measures against declining birthrate are being implemented in our country. However, it can not be said that it is a sufficient result as far as seeing the present situation of nursery teacher and nursery school which is the center of the carrier. Based on design thinking, this research will practice the concept of nursery school work support system that contributes to nursery school management and nursery professional treatment. Ethnography approach and scenario planning are done. We conducted business modeling based on an autonomous decentralized system that allows childcare professionals themselves to improve their work by collaborating with nursery teachers and other nursery nursery teachers. The information system is built by the fast system kintone. We will proceed with prototyping with a nursery teacher as a test subject and try to verify the autonomous decentralized nursery school work support system that the childcare person himself performs work improvement. |
