| Abstract(in English) | The number of services on the Internet and devices connected to the Internet has been increased. Under such circumstances, the demand for the security measurement functions and policies is growing and it leads the providers' costs. Here, the users' satisfaction for the services or devices leads to the trust from customers and increase of the number of customers. If the security measurement functions or policies are strongly correlated to the customers' satisfaction, it can be regarded as the motivators of providers. In this paper, we carried out the questionnaire to approximately 5,000 users of Internet services such as social networking services, online shopping services, and online banking services to reveal the relationships between customers' satisfaction and security measurement functions/policies. |
