Abstract(in English) Measuring urine sugar concentration in daily life is useful for early detection of diabetes. However, it is difficult to perform optical measurement for the measurement target in a fluid state. In this research, we developed a system that can measure the urine glucose concentration without taking urine in daily life by using dual wavelength light. Especially, by rotating the optical bandpass filters in front of the light source, the dual wavelength light is temporary switched. In the experiment, the relationship between the glucose concentration and the system output was investigated and showed correlation (r=0.86), which indicated the possibility of glucose concentration measurement.
