| Abstract(in English) | To ensure fast and efficient cloud service delivery to the service providers, the cloud provider needs to design the resources in accordance with the service requirements which are concerned by the service provider. In our preliminary work , we addressed this problem and proposed an IBSM framework to “translate” the service provider’s service requirements into resource requirements. In this work, we have focused on the design of Resource Demand Calculator of IBSM. Factors that affect the decision of resource demand such as workload, performance requirements, operation policies, and environmental conditions are analyzed; based on the analysis, we have proposed the realization method of Resource Demand Calculator. |
