Abstract(in English) | NFV/SDN technologies to telecom service platform has begun to improve the service flexibility, the time-to-market and to reduce OPEX, with the background of diversification of consumer needs and decreasing of labor population. Unlike contents providers, telecom operators have been traditionally required to geographically distribute their equipment and achieve high availability in their services. This derives that considering telecom specific problems is requires. This paper analyzes specific problems of today's telecom operation, especially in assurance operation, and defines the problem as shifting operation from uniform service quality toward diversifying service quality. This paper proposes the concept of "SLA Driven Operation," that aims to solve the problem using automatic decision making based on SLA; the service operation quality that shall be achieved. |
