| Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a power-aware static lightpath establishment method in elastic optical networks. In the elastic optical networks, data are transmitted via lightpaths, which are routes assigned frequency resources. In general, a lightpath between each sender and receiver pair is established in such a way that the total number of frequency resources used is minimized. The proposed method performs route selection and frequency spectrumallocation that reduces the power consumption of optical ampli ers while reducing the total number of frequency resources used. Through numerical experiments, we show the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
