Abstract(in English) In order to expand communication capability, high PAPR (Peak to Average Power Ratio) signal is used. Therefore power amplifier for wireless communication system is required to output linear signal with high PAPR. In this sturdy, adaptive gate bias control depending on operational power is considered. Gain and phase shift characteristic are flattened by control gate bias voltage. Dynamic range of output power under IM3 of -30dBc is enhanced to 15dB from 7dB by utilizing adaptive gate bias control.
