Abstract(in English) Image alignment or image registration is a process for aligning two or more images into a common coordinate system. Many algorithms have been proposed for a medical image alignment, but most of them are not practical for non-rigid tubular-objects such as vessel, axon and neurite, without ad-hoc preprocessing steps. In this paper, we propose a novel image alignment technique based on a local deformation of kernel density functions and deformation models based on Markov random fields.
