| 抄録(和) | 中空の有限長貴金属円筒を軸方向に周期配列した格子による平面電磁波の散乱問題に対して有効な数値解法を与えている．インピーダンス形の境界条件を用いることにより，本問題は円筒上の表面電磁流密度を未知関数とする積分方程式に帰着される．ガラーキン法を適用して未知関数の展開係数に関する連立一次方程式が導かれ，その数値解から遠方及び近傍の電磁界，各格子モードの散乱断面積，並びに吸収断面積が求められる．得られた連立一次方程式はフレドホルム第二種の形をもつため，収束が速く安定な数値解をもたらす． |
| 抄録(英) | We demonstrate a powerful numerical solution to the plane wave scattering from a periodic array of hollow noble metal circular cylinders of finite length. By using the impedance boundary conditions, the problem is reduced into a set of integral equations for the electric and magnetic current densities that flow on the cylinder surface in a unit cell. The Galerkin procedure leads us to a system of linear equations, and its solution gives the far and near ectromagnetic fields, the scattering cross sections of each grating mode, as well as the absorption cross section. The linear equations are modified into the form of the Fredholm second kind, which yields stable and rapidly convergent solutions. |
