Abstract(in English) | Every year, amusement parks such as Tokyo Disney Resort attract more and more people to visit. However, the customers whose satisfaction levels are low, increase since the amusement park becomes crowded. Consequently, it is witnessed a deterioration of number of visiting customer, negatively influencing the profit. Therefore, this study aims to propose the simulation model that the people can use spontaneous position exchange in the queue and verify effectiveness of the proposal model by multi agent simulation. As the result, leveraging the proposed model significantly improve the customer satisfaction compared to the case of not using the model. |
