Abstract(in English) Band Rejection Filters (BRFs) are useful to eliminate unwanted spurious emission and interfering components in the vicinity of desired signals. In the environment where operating carrier frequency changes, it is necessary for the BRF to change its stop band dynamically. In this paper, we improves characteristics of the conventional reconfigurable BRF that employs variable-length transmission line. In the BRF, there are issues of wide stop bandwidth and large insertion loss in passband. We propose the improvement methods that are LC coupled configuration and optimization of inter-stage coupling line parameters. A prototype circuit is designed and fabricated to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
