Abstract(in English) In recent years, requirement of network application users have advanced from the improvement of QoS (Quality of Service), i.e., throughput, to the improvement of QoE (Quality of Experience) indicating the quality of applications. Along with the rapid growth of video hosting services, communication control according to video hosting sites is important in order to improve the QoE of the users watching videos. However, along with the rapid increase in encrypted traffic, communication control based on analysis by the DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) is becoming difficult. In this paper, we propose two features for identification of video hosting sites considering that the number of flows of communication traffic for video distribution is multiple. The first feature is a set of data transfer characteristics of servers that distributes the video, and the second feature is a set of parallel transfer characteristics of attached contents such as advertisements except videos. We found that compared with the identification accuracy rate of 85.9% in the case of using the feature calculated from the conventional single flow, by using the first feature, the identification accuracy rate improved to 89.5%. Furthermore, we revealed that by additionally using the second feature, the identification accuracy rate improved to 92.0%.
