Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) system is the three-tier spectrum sharing systems which consists of incumbent user and Priority Access License (PAL) networks and General Authorized Access (GAA) networks. We investigate an efficient channel allocation to PAL networks and GAA networks for CBRS system. Specifically, we consider a channel re-allocation problem. In the first time slot, channels are allocated to the PAL and GAA networks by considering effect of interference. In the next time slot, a few GAA networks left and a few new GAA networks come to CBRS system. The channel re-allocation problem corresponds to a channel allocation in the second time slot and in this problem, it is preferred to consider not only the effect of interference but also the number of changes about channel allocations to the existing GAA and PAL networks. For this problem, we set an optimization problem as minimizing the number of changing channels while several interference constraints. In addition, we investigate three interference constraints, i.e. individual, mean, and maximum interference constraints, at GAA networks. Numerical evaluation reveals that maximum interference constraint can achieve smaller number of changing channels while relatively low interference level. In addition, this constraint can achieve the highest probability to achieve a feasible solution in the channel re-allocation problem.
