Abstract(in English) As a way to utilize the limited frequency resource efficiently, frequency sharing based on the spectrum database has been attracted attention. In the spectrum database, the high accuracy recognition of radio environment is achieved by statistically analyzing the radio environment information observed by wireless terminals of each location. However, in the conventional spectrum database, observation values are statistically analyzed without taking transition of the communication state of the primary user (PU) into consideration. Therefore, if the communication state of the PU varies with time, the error between the observed value and the statistical value becomes large, and the frequency sharing performance may deteriorate. Thus, in this paper, we propose the method to construct the spectrum database with considering PU state transition. Specifically, multiple PUs and secondary users (SUs) situation are considered, and the SUs observe the radio environment information by cooperative sensing and detect PUs’ states transitions by sequential discounting auto regressive (SDAR) algorithm. Based on the detection results, each SU estimates the channel utilization rates of PUs, the average duration of PUs’ ON / OFF, and the average received power value, then reports them to the spectrum database. By using the proposed method, we show that the PUs’ states transitions can be detected accurately and estimation error of received power value can be improved compared with the conventional spectrum database.
