Abstract(in English) This paper proposes probabilistic protection of micro cells using measurement-based spectrum database. In the 5th generation mobile communication systems, micro operators that arrange micro cells in dense area network and provide new communication services are attracted attention. In an environment where several micro cells are present, however, there is a problem that communication quality deteriorates due to inter-cell interference. To maximize communication quality, accurately recognize the radio environment around the micro cell and adaptively determine communication parameters such as transmission power is needed. This paper proposes an interference power control method that guarantees the desired communication quality probabilistically, with assuming spectrum sharing environment that includes several micro cells. In particular, an allowable interference power is controlled by a result of estimating a cumulative distribution function of a desired signal-to-interference power ratio in the micro cell. The results of the proposed method show that the designed outage probability can be realized by using the proposed power control.
