Abstract(in English) Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) data requires calibration to ensure that observed pixel values of phase can be related to the geophysical parameters of interest. This study is devoted to developing a L-band tunable Doppler shift active radar calibrator (ARC). ARC produce artificial point targets at adjustable spacing and constant output power serving as control points for both geometric and radiometric calibrations. The experimental measurements and tests were carried out by using ALOS2 satellites. Experimental data confirms that the dual frequency shifts, which are in excellent agreement with theoretical values. The operational function of the developed calibrator is successfully demonstrated to precise geometric calibration for satellite SAR.
